1.调试前的准备 (1)由于开利螺杆机机组属于中大型制冷机,所以在调试中需要设计、安装、使用等三方面密切配合。为了保证调试工作有条不紊地进行,有必要由有关方面的人员组成临时的试运转小组,全面指挥调试工作的进行。 (2)负责调试的人员应全面熟悉螺杆式冷水机组的构造和性能,熟悉制冷机安全技术,明确调试的方法、步骤和应达到的技术要求,制定出详细具体的调试计划,并使各岗位的调试人员明确自己的任务和要求。 (3)检查开利螺杆机机组的安装是否符合技术要求,螺杆式冷水机组的地基是否符合要求,连接管路的尺寸、规格、材质是否符合设计要求。 (4)机组的供电系统应全部安装完毕并通过调试。 (5)单独对冷水和冷却水系统进行通水试验,冲洗水路系统的污物,水泵应正常工作,循环水量符合工况的要求。 (6)清理调试的环境场地,达到清洁、明亮、畅通。 (7)准备好调试所需的各种通用工具和专用工具。 (8)准备好调试所需的各种压力、温度、流量、质量、时间等测量仪器、仪表。 ( 9)准备好调试运转时必需的安全保护设备。

2. .开利螺杆机机组调试 (1)制冷剂的充注。目前,制冷机组在出厂前一般都按规定充注了制冷剂,现场安装后,外观检查如果未发现意外损伤,可直接打开有关阀门(应先阅读厂方的使用说明书,在运输途中,机组上的阀门一般处在关闭状态)开机调试。如果发现制冷剂已经漏完或者不足,应首先找出泄漏点并排除泄漏现象,然后按产品使用说明书要求,加人规定牌号的制冷剂.注意制冷剂充注量应符合技术要求。 (2)有些开利螺杆机机组需要在用户现场充注制冷剂,制冷剂的充注量及制冷剂牌号必须按照规定。制冷剂充注量不足.会导致冷量不足。制冷剂充注量过多,不但会增加费用,而且对运行能耗等可能带来不利影响。 (3)在充注制冷剂前,应预先备有足够的制冷剂。充注时,可直接从专用充液阀门充入。由于系统处于真空状态,钢瓶中制冷剂与系统压差较大,当打开阀门时(应先用制冷剂吹出连接管中的空气,以免空气进人机组,影响机组性能),制冷剂迅速由钢瓶流人系统,充注完毕后,应先将充液阀门关闭,再移去连接管。 (4)制冷系统调试。制冷剂充注结束后(如需要充注制冷剂),可以进行负荷调试。由于近年来,螺杆式冷水机组在性能和电气控制方面都有了长足的进步,许多螺杆式冷水机组在正式开机前可以对主要电控系统做模拟动作检侧,即机组主机不通电,控制系统通电,然后通过机组内部设定,对机组的电控系统进行检测,组件是否运行正常。如果电控系统出现什么问题,可以及时解决。 (二) 开利螺杆机机组的维护保养 安徽开利螺杆机机组维护保养的主要内容,包括日常保养和定期检修。定期的检修保养能保证机组长期正常运行,延长机组的使用寿命,同时也能节省制冷能耗。对于螺杆式冷水机组,应有运行记录,记录下机组的运行情况,而且要建立维修技术档案。完整的技术资料有助于发现故障隐患,及早采取措施,以防放障出现。 1 .螺杆压缩机 螺杆压缩机是机组中非常关键的部件,压缩机的好坏直接关系到机组的稳定性。如果压缩机发生故障.由于螺杆压缩机的安装精度要求较高,一般都需要请厂方来进行维修。 2 .冷凝器和蒸发器的清洗 水冷式冷凝器的冷却水由于是开式的循环回路,一般采用的自来水经冷却塔循环使用。当水中的钙盐和镁盐含量较大时,极易分解和沉积在冷却水管上而形成水垢,影响传热。结垢过厚还会使冷却水的流通截面缩小,水量减少,冷凝压力上升。因此,当使用的冷却水的水质较差时,对冷却水管每年至少清洗一次,去除管中的水垢及其他污物。清洗冷凝器水管的方法通常有以下两种: (1)使用专门的清管枪对管子进行清洗。 (2)使用专门的清洗剂循环冲洗,或充注在冷却水中,待24h 后再更换溶液,直至洗净为止。 3 .更换润滑油 机组在长期使用后,润滑油的油质变差,油内部的杂质和水分增加,所以要定期的观察和检查油质。一旦发现问题应及时更换,更换的润滑油牌号必须符合技术资料。 4 .干燥过滤器更换 干燥过滤器是保证制冷剂进行正常循环的重要部件。由于水与制冷剂互不相溶,如果系统内含有水分,将大大影响机组的运行效 1. (6) Clean up the debugging environment to achieve cleanliness, brightness and smoothness. (7) Prepare all kinds of general tools and special tools for debugging. (8) Prepare all kinds of pressure, temperature, flow, quality and time measuring instruments and instruments needed for debugging. (9) Prepare the necessary safety protection equipment for commissioning and operation. 2. Kelly screw machine unit commissioning (1) refrigerant filling. At present, refrigeration units are generally filled with refrigerant before leaving the factory. After field installation, if no accidental damage is found, the relevant valves can be opened directly (should read the manufacturer's instructions first, in the course of transportation, the valves on the units are generally closed) and commissioned. If it is found that the refrigerant has been leaked or insufficient, we should first find out the leaking point and eliminate the leaking phenomenon. Then according to the requirements of the product instructions, add the refrigerant of specified brand. Note that the refrigerant charge should meet the technical requirements. (2) Some Kaili screw machine units need to fill refrigerant at the user's site. The refrigerant charge and refrigerant brand must be in accordance with the regulations. Insufficient refrigerant filling will lead to insufficient cooling capacity. The excessive refrigerant charge will not only increase the cost, but also bring adverse effects on the operation energy consumption. (3) Adequate refrigerants should be prepared in advance before refrigerants are filled. When filling, it can be filled directly from the special filling valve. Because the system is in a vacuum state, the pressure difference between refrigerant and the system is large. When opening the valve (air in the connecting pipe should be blown out with refrigerant first to avoid air entering the unit and affecting the performance of the unit), the refrigerant flows quickly from the cylinder to the system. After filling, the filling valve should be closed first, and then the connecting pipe should be removed. (4) Debugging of refrigeration system. After refrigerant filling (if refrigerant filling is needed), load adjustment can be carried out. In recent years, screw chillers have made considerable progress in performance and electrical control. Many screw chillers can make analog action checking on the main electrical control system before starting officially, that is, the main engine of the unit is not electrified, and the control system is electrified. Then, through the internal setting of the unit, the control system of the unit is tested to see if the components are running normally. If there is any problem in the electronic control system, it can be solved in time. (2) Maintenance and maintenance of Kaili screw machine units The main contents of maintenance and maintenance of Kaili screw machine units in Anhui Province include routine maintenance and regular maintenance. Regular maintenance can ensure the long-term normal operation of the unit, prolong the service life of the unit, and also save refrigeration energy consumption. For screw chillers, operation records should be kept to record the operation of the units, and maintenance technical files should be established. Screw compressor of screw compressor is a key component of the unit. The quality of the compressor is directly related to the stability of the unit. If the compressor breaks down, the screw compressor needs to be repaired by the manufacturer because of its high installation accuracy. 2. Cleaning water of condenser and evaporator. Because the cooling water of water-cooled condenser is an open loop, the tap water is usually recycled by cooling tower. When the content of calcium salt and magnesium salt in water is high, it is easy to decompose and deposit on cooling water pipe to form scale, which affects heat transfer. Over-thick scaling will also reduce the flow cross-section of cooling water, reduce the amount of water, and increase the condensation pressure. Therefore, when the water quality of the cooling water used is poor, the cooling water pipe should be cleaned at least once a year to remove the scale and other dirt in the pipe. There are usually two ways to clean condensator pipes: (1) Use a special pigging gun to clean the pipes. (2) Use special cleaning agent to circulate and rinse, or fill in cooling water, and then change the solution after 24 hours until it is washed. 3. After replacing the lubricating oil unit for a long time, the oil quality of the lubricating oil deteriorates, and the impurities and moisture in the oil increase. Therefore, the oil quality should be observed and checked regularly. Once the problem is found, it should be replaced in time. The brand of the replaced lubricant must conform to the technical data. 4. Drying filter replacing drying filter is an important component to ensure the normal circulation of refrigerant. Because water and refrigerant are not compatible with each other, if there is water in the system, the operation of the unit will be greatly affected.
